You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order ships, tracking information may be provided when available. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, high-volume periods, fulfillment partner delays, customs or regulatory issues, or other events outside our control.

Returns, Exchanges, And Damaged Items
